For Businesses

Your business runs on
a dozen tools that don't talk.

Your knowledge lives in one place, your operations in another, your marketing in a third. Every disconnected tool is a seam where time leaks and money hides. We close the seams.

InGen builds a personalized AI operating system that consolidates your entire business into a single platform, matched to your industry, your workflows, and your growth.
The Problem

Point solutions were never a system.

You bought a CRM, a scheduler, a bookkeeping tool, a marketing app, a file drive, and a chat box. Each one solves one slice. None of them knows what the others know. You became the integration layer, holding it all together in your head and in spreadsheets.

The Inefficiency Tax

Fragmentation

Data re-keyed between tools. Context lost at every handoff. The same question answered five times in five apps.

The Amnesia Tax

No memory

Nothing your business learned yesterday is available to the tool you open today. The knowledge never compounds.

The Bottleneck Tax

You are the glue

The owner becomes the bottleneck, the one person who knows how it all fits. That does not scale, and it does not sell.

What We Build

One engine for operations, communications, and revenue.

We map how your business actually runs, then build an operating system around it. Your workflows, your data, and a custom AI memory system that gets smarter every day, with real security underneath. Two layers, one platform.

The Operational Layer

Your business, consolidated

We map your workflows and pull your disconnected platforms into one system, built native or wrapped through an API, on top of a custom AI memory system with real security. This is the business running on our engine, from the first customer call to the final invoice.

The Growth Layer

Your business, growing

We run your marketing execution and lead generation off the same engine. This is the business growing because of our engine, converting a one-time build into a compounding revenue machine.

What It Looks Like

The difference you feel on a Tuesday.

Forget the architecture for a second. Here is what changes in the actual day, once your business runs on one system instead of a dozen.

☎

A customer calls. The system already knows who they are, what you quoted them, and what happens next. No hunting across three apps while they wait on hold.

▣

Monday morning, one screen. Every job, every invoice, every lead, in one view. Not six browser tabs and a spreadsheet you rebuild by hand.

↺

Nothing gets re-keyed. A quote becomes a job becomes an invoice on the same record. The handoffs that used to leak time just disappear.

↗

Marketing runs itself. The same engine that runs your operations is finding and following up with your next customer, while you run the business.

How We Price

De-Risked Outcome Pricing.

You pay for a real, inspectable system, not a promise. Every build is licensed to your business, and you choose how to fund it.

Path 1 · Build up front

Fund the full build in milestones as it comes together. When it is done, your license is paid in full, for as long as you run the system. No revenue share.

Path 2 · Launch and share

A smaller build fee up front, then a monthly license plus a two-year revenue share. The share only applies to growth above a benchmark we set together before the work starts, so your downside is capped.

Why it is different

Most tools charge you the same whether they help or not. We anchor the build to real cost, license the finished system to you, and keep the platform underneath maintained and improving, so we only win bigger when you do.

This Is Not A Concept

We already run real businesses on this exact system.
