About

A methodology became
a repeatable machine.

InGen AI Company did not start as a venture studio. It started as a way of teaching businesses to grow, and it grew, one proof at a time, into an AI-native engine that builds operating systems industry by industry.

The Origin Story

From one good idea to a pattern that repeats.

1
The Digital Engine. The methodology was born here: teaching businesses inbound marketing and lead generation, the disciplined way to turn knowledge into growth.
2
InGen Analytics. The proof of concept. We competed with the very tools we taught, and proved the method held up in the real market, not just the classroom.
3
InGen Intelligence. The intelligence layer where the first agentic demos incubated, proving an AI could actually run the work, not just describe it.
4
The demos graduated. Those experiments became standalone verticals: the marketing engine became Ginny, the education engine became Piper. Each one grew its own brand and its own paying clients.
5
The pattern was repeatable. Once two verticals proved out, the thesis was undeniable: the same engine could stand up an operating system for any industry. InGen AI Company was born as an AI-native venture studio to do exactly that, vertical after vertical.
What We Are Now

An AI-native venture studio with one permanent engine.

At the center sits the platform: the modules, the memory system, and the orchestration layer that builds and runs every vertical. Around it sit the verticals, each a separable, fundable asset carrying its own paying anchor client. The engine is never for sale. The verticals are what a partner buys into.

Apex

Roofing and restoration. A live OS that replaced six platforms and reconciles finances to the penny.

Amp

Audio, video, and live events. Signed on de-risked outcome pricing, live in a contract.

Ginny

Marketing execution and lead generation, run off the same engine for every vertical.

Piper

Education. The edtech vertical, turning knowledge into capability for professors and learners.

Tara

Gardening. A consumer-facing vertical proving the model reaches beyond pure B2B.

Mission Control

The internal tooling that runs the whole company. We build our own tools and eat our own cooking.

The Lines We Hold

Doctrine, not preference.

These are non-negotiable. Every decision, every deal, every hire is measured against them.

01
The studio is 100 percent ours, always. The parent entity that owns the engine is a holding company that is never for sale. Never a stake, never a slice. Sell any part of it and you have sold the engine that makes everything else.
02
We own the platform IP. The modules, the memory system, the orchestration layer. It is licensed into every vertical, never baked in.
03
The platform license comes off the top. Before any vertical profit split. The engine is paid for the work it does.
04
By design, we hold a controlling stake. The studio is built to keep a controlling interest in the verticals it creates, so the engine that builds them is never handed over.

Whether you run a business or want to back one, the conversation starts the same way.
